Service was good; room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was substantial. Stayed one night and it was excellent value for money.

Disliked: Our first room had a bad smell. We had to request a change of room; they provided an alternative room, but at an additional cost. Not very happy about that.

Liked: The location was very central and convenient.
Disliked: I stay for 2 occassions booking 2 seoaratw rooms each time (for family). The offerings were vastly different. One was big and then the next was significantly smaller.Having 1 aircon in a big room was grossly insufficient to cool the 2 bedrooms when aircan was in the entrance hall.The road works outside made the accessibility difficult.

Liked: Good location. Easy walk to Skylink bus to airport as well as the central business district. Good bed, our upgraded room on 14th floor had 2 comfy chairs and a mini kitchenette. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: One of the elevators was super slow.

Disliked: No cleaning service under 3 days occupation
