Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Disappointed in the restaurant - would have liked to have had a hot breakfast away from my room.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality. Their assistance with unloading my van and bringing all of my belongings to my room was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. They even refused to accept a tip for their help. Additionally, we had a wonderful experience with breakfast as the staff was very accommodating when they ran low on food at the buffet.
Disliked: When we arrived on the first night and attempted to dine at the hotel's restaurant, there appeared to be a staffing issue. We were initially told that our party of eight could not be accommodated. While we were eventually able to work with the staff to secure a table, the wait for our food was extremely long.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon fruit two kinds of yogurt, muffins and bagels and so much more.

Very sad experience.

Disliked: We are very unhappy with this hotel. We had reserved for two nights, but my husband became very ill and we needed to leave a night early. He was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. The hotel told me I needed to contact booking.com to adjust the charges. Booking.com contacted your hotel and the agent was told by the hotel they would not refund the second night’s charges. This is disgraceful and unforgivable; the staff was totally unkind and dispassionate.
