Relaxing destination

Liked: Clean and nicely furnished room. We LOVED our breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the beautiful mountains. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Exceptional

Liked: It was beautiful! Had everything in one spot.
Disliked: Nothing

Bad

Disliked: Not clean. Dated. Not prepared for the number of people. Not enough towels. Extremely overpriced.

Love coming down here every...

Liked: The casino is fun! Indoor pool for the kids was great! View from our room was gorgeous overlooking the rolling hills. The restaurant for dinner was nice with live karaoke. So fun!
Disliked: The breakfast restaurant was like a ghost town at 9:30am. There was a note that said someone would be back at the hostess desk in 15 minutes. We decided to leave the hotel and eat off property instead.

Disappointed

Liked: Nice location
Disliked: Bathtub was dirty Shower head was broken and water sprayed everywhere. We were first told to go down to use pool showers then after being on the phone for 5 minutes they decided to get maintenance to our room. So much for a relaxing morning.It was fixed in a timely matter but a big inconvenience since we were driving home that day ( 8 hours to California) so we were delayed. Bathtub had soap scum.We felt we should had some type of compensation for broken shower.A lot of deferred maintenance on property.Bed was sagging.Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.Still upset about the accommodations

Short but sweet.

Liked: Liked the location and facility was clean. We booked for two nights but had to leave after first night. I was sick and we needed to return to home town to go to hospital. The front desk staff took the second night charge off and that was very appreciated.
Disliked: Didn't like there was no microwave in the room and not much we could for us to eat at cafe on site as we don"t eat meat.

A conference center and casino...

Liked: Easy access to all activities in local area, rooms clean and updated with full facilities. Very nice lobby and lounge.

Go elsewhere

Liked: The view out of the rooms was the only thing to like.
Disliked: The shower head, there were not but one luggage cart for whole hotel, needed to go to coffee shop to use microwave, they did not have any for the room (they ran out of microwaves and luggage carts). Hotel is very outdated.
