The room and bathroom are...

Liked: Nice little hotel for a couple nights a short walk from Wroclaw Central station. The room and bathroom are basic, clean, warm and safe.
Disliked: You need to ask for extra pillow and hairdryer from reception

Liked: Great location, 10 minutes walk from train station Big supermarket just around the corner Would recommend
Disliked: I had to contract reception few times to get the shower gel refilled as it wasn’t dealt with straight away

Very good

Liked: Nice hotel, staff were nice, great location.
Disliked: No tea or coffee in the room. Breakfast didn't offer much for vegetarians.

Pleasant

Liked: Accessibility and proximity to main city centre and networking in all corners of the city.
Disliked: The management is not keen to customers welfare especially cleaning and changing of the beds. The issue that you have to tell the cleaner lower the standard of the hotel. It should be obvious that cleaning and making sure customers rooms are daily clean should be paramount to the management.
