Liked: Free parking, easy check in
Disliked: Light switch did not work so very dangerous to find small switch on the lights in the dark

Liked: Very reasonably priced room. Within walking distance to a giant Carrefour shopping complex. Great bakery right next door.
Disliked: Not that I didn't like it, but the bathroom and shower is extremely small.

Really bad

Liked: When you arrive after 9 pm You need a code to get in - the code is written anywhere , but inside - the door to get in was not functioning well - then you have to go to the automatic machine to get your key - the machine is very slow - Then we had a room with no electricity, but of course we did know - we ask for help - and then told us we would get a full refund the next day - We slept with no lights , no aircon , a night in July- The next day - we asked them for a refund , and a lady on the phone told us “ but you kept the room right ? “ it felt very unpleasant to hear - like I had to be ashamed to ask a refund that was offered the night before -She told us on the phone that I will have to call later and talk to the manager - which I did - Not sure if it was the manager , but they only offer to refund 50 % of our staying , for a room with no aircon and no electricity to charge phone - A total scam - Maybe you went there and it was fine , but customer service is bad , and I think we deserved a full refund ( I am pregnant of 7 months - So for that , I would never use Premiere classe again , and go to the competitor/ Advise : train your staff to have a proper customer service on the phone - it would be game changer -

A functional stay that left...

Liked: Breakfast was moderate, but sufficient. And the location was fitting for my travel. Parking lot also came handy. And they let us stay with the dog.
Disliked: The overall quality of place, stay. The room was dim, not too clean, the bathroom was also tiny and uncomfortable.
