Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bad smell in the room (from the bathroom). Shower hose needs replacement.

Disliked: -we were given the wrong room 2 times in a row. The receptionist insisted that it was the room configuration that we booked. I had to show them my reservation to finally get the correct room (3rd attempt) -they took a 150€ deposit from my card and informed me it would be reversed during the check out. They didn’t reverse it after a week so I had to escalate to my bank and to their administration to get my money back. They pretend it was a mistake from the receptionist but I saw many cases like this in their social media reviews. -breakfast options are very limited -bathroom is so tiny you can’t take a shower without the curtains sticking to your skin -the hotel is near the highway, and the noise from the cars and trucks makes it impossible to sleep comfortably

Liked: The staff were very responsible and kind, we left our money bag in our room and they kept it safe for us.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was a disaster! There were cigarette butts on the floor of the room. The bathroom smells like urine.There was almost nothing for breakfast!

Disliked: How dare this place treat me horribly and have 0 facilities. There was no water!! After travelling thru multiple airports I was exhausted and wanted a shower. No waterComplained to night porter with horrible attitude and he said no water till 7am! I had to leave at 5am to continue my travelsI asked for a bottle of water (dehydrated after my journey) He begrudgingly gave me a tiny one. Which I drank in front of him and asked for another. Then he started yelling at me and told me to get out!I want my money back.Horrible staff, NO WATER! Bed like concrete and the plugs didn't work to charge my phoneWorst hotel experience of my lifetime
