Excellent Hotel
Liked: Excellent hotel,rooms very clean and WiFi goodBreakfast is a buffet served in the restaurant next door which was absolutely superb 15 minutes walk to centre but only 5 minutes to train station

Liked: I loved everything. The bed was exceptionnal. The staff was super Nice and super friendly. Loved The fact that you can leave your luggage there for free when staying there and also the free water fountain.

Poor
Disliked: As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand the expectations that come with different hotel categories.However, cleanliness should always remain consistent, regardless of a property's star rating. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention.Upon arrival, the first room assigned to me had a large bloodstain in the toilet (See pic attached) something not only unpleasant but also potentially hazardous. Thankfully, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and promptly moved us to another room. Her professionalism and prompt assistance were much appreciated.In the second room, we found dirty towels and visible black silicone marks on the bathroom walls.Additionally, I was initially overcharged by €30, though I’m glad to report this has since been resolved, but put me in a pressure situation of have a second night breakfast as the refund would take 5 to 10 working days to come back to my account.More recently, after requesting housekeeping service, we returned to find that the bin had not been completely emptied, and one of the beds had not been changed. Given that we were staying for five nights and have already been in the hotel for three, these oversights are quite frustrating—particularly as was here for the EuroGames and spent most of my day away from the room.While I understand that occasional issues can arise, I hope you will take this feedback constructively, as my intention is to help improve the guest experience moving forward, as mine was not the greatest, as we leave the hotel, I don't think many things can be done now as we do not intend to return to Lyon.
