Disliked: I booked a double room with a double bed . When I arrived I was advised they only had twin rooms left so having booked 3 months in advance they did not meet my requirements. Subsequently I went on your website to find double bedded rooms still available! VERY poor customer service!

Liked: I liked the bigger room and no train noise.
Disliked: A couple should be given a large room with a double bed. I had a very small room with separate beds with the sound of trains and I didn't sleep well at all.

Liked: 3 single bed room looks small and crowded in the pics but has plenty of space, enough to make it feel cosy. TV is good enough if you have a firestick. Bathroom is big enough and definitely clean. Walking space is limited but the room was used just for sleeping and watching TV in the evenings.
Disliked: Walking room in the rooms could be better. A little small. Some may not find it comfortable and not so suitable for families that require more space.

Liked: A nice clean hotel with comfortable beds, very close to the train station.

Convenient but small

Liked: Went with a small child and a young adult !! Room is really tight especially if you have luggage!! But location is convenient ,.. would only recommend for 1 night if you have an early train from Lyon Part Dieu
