Premiere Classe Lille - Villeneuve d'Ascq - Stade Pierre Mauroy

Functional but a bit grim....

Liked: Bed was comfy. Shower was hot.
Disliked: Toilet stained. Mould around the door and walls. Dirty floors. Rubbish on floor outside - bin overfilled and not emptied.

Very good

Liked: 24 hour reception and Super helpful staff. Great location just off the main road.
Disliked: Couldn't work the heating

Stopover

Liked: Easy to find and great to have gated parking as there was a football match on at the stadium next door. The locked and closed gate made us feel very secure. The receptionist spoke fantastic English and made the check in a breeze.
Disliked: There was no fresh milk at breakfast and yet they provided cereal

Disliked: Pretty much everything there were lasts of night working from there and drug dealers hanging around outside

Liked: Well located, very cheap.
Disliked: The bathroom's drain were blocked. Only 1 person could shower. The shower tray would overflow and wait the whole bathroom.

Liked: The staff were great the location too.
Disliked: The bed was clean and nice but the toilet and shower were off scale. The toilet was stained I side, the shower drainage was clogged probably the accumulation of hair and dirt so when taking shower it takes ages to drain. The family requires maintenance. The soap dispenser was not replaced and I had to get it from reception and installed it. The staff reported parking not secured and your car might be broken to. I was lucky that night.

Liked: Close to Lille stadium 5 mins walk , close to food outlets . 15 min metro ride which takes you to Lille flinders and city centre.
Disliked: Check in is at 5pm the staff say booking.com dictates this but I arrived at 3pm and was allowed in the room. The toilet was dirty and the room is very small to say the least. It was ok for a one nights stay but I paid €37 so I was not expecting the Ritz. I just wanted somewhere close to the stadium as I was going to a Lille game and it served its purpose. More than one night I wouldn’t recommend unless you like a prison Cell feeling
