Liked: I stayed here with 3 of my staff. They all said that their rooms where clean tidy really warm. the beds where really comfortable and had the best night

Liked: Staff were deaf aware, helpful, welcoming and in difficult situation with covid restrictions they did everything and more to accommodate
Disliked: Basic Bed was old and uncomfortableDisabled bath was impossible to use no way anyone with a disabilities would be able to use because you would need to be lifted in and out???!!!!Needs a complete to be remodeled only one socket no charging points available.If the standard the staff were reflected in the standard in the rooms it would be amazingThe staff were amazing friendly and deaf aware thank you.
