It's a fake 24-hours self-checking....

Disliked: That's the worst experience ever.It's a hotel with 24 hours check-in (I even confirmed it from the Booking chat), but the self-checking machine doesn't work, and there is nobody to help me!!The telephone for emergency is in the lobby (I can hear it from outside) but there is nobody. That's stupid.I asked Booking for help, but they say that I need to wait 3 hours. So, I lost the night.Besides that, they charge me for this booking!Please, don't go to this hotel.

Liked: Request for 3 single beds in each room & change of dates was met, with no charge for the change.
