Liked: Close to town into an industrial area. Very friendly staff whi speak English.
Disliked: Small and old rooms but clean.

Liked: We stayed one night in a triple room. It's a value-for-money hotel. Compared to other Première Classe hotels I've stayed at, the room was larger. Other than that, it meets the usual Première Classe standards. It was satisfactory overall.
Disliked: I wouldn't say the room was dirty, but seeing a large spider web next to the air conditioner wasn't pleasant. Cleanliness could be improved a little.

Disliked: The Lady receptionist cannot speak English. It would be nice to hire someone who can speak basic English and not just say Cash or Credit. As a tourists and I cannot speak French, it would be nice and helpful if the one in the Reception can communicate to the customers very well.The bathroom needs an upgrade, the aircon needs to be fixed.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The first room we had room 14 was not good as the aircon was very loud. In the next check-in we had, the toilet flushes on its own like every 3 mins and I asked the staff to change our room, which we got another room but the problem in this room is the aircon ist not cold. It is just blowing air. I suggest this hotel needs renovation and please fix your aircon, toilets and put someone in the reception that can speak ENGLISH.

Liked: No bad surprise, good breakfast, quiet, a bit remote from center but still ok. Cergy easy and friendly check in.
Disliked: A bit remote, as planned the toilets and showers are not in the room.

Very poor

Liked: I liked that it had 4 beds, and the rooms were rather comfortable at best. It was a prime location as it was only within 10 minutes of Interlaken by car and it had good value for money. It also had a decent view. but the negatives outweigh the positives.
Disliked: The rooms hadn't stated no cooking beforehand in the fine print and even no EATING, which is unacceptable for a hotel room. The shower curtains were broken and the beds were messy. The hallway smelled extremely bad and there was no permanent staff to help me check in and out. The shower was very small which made it very difficult. The balcony was also inaccessible and on top of that the cleaning was very bad. This place was more of an Airbnb than a hotel, and for the price is not good.
