Save money by buying goods from the Tesco Express just around the corner. Eat at the PeachyKeen's buffet across the street or sandwich shops.
Liked: Staff did their best to respond to various needs over 10 days and were ever so slightly able to do so. Not very many amenities from the hotel, just the basics, and a small room by an American's standards, but overall exactly what was necessary.
Disliked: Nothing terrible about the hotel except the odd disrespectful guest. Management responded immediately to remedy the situation. Not a 4-star hotel but a very high 2 indeed.

Located very near lots of restaurants and shopping. Very sparse hotel room and uncomfortable beds. Staff made very little eye contact, said as little as possible and seemed to be generally annoyed by everyone's presence. We required a baby cot. It wasn't in the room. We called down and had to argue to get it, then only got 1 sheet for it (no blankets!) and the room was very cold! I wonder if they spoke condescendingly about my clothing choices when I left as they did about the client who checked out before me.
Liked: Decent location.
Disliked: Rude staff!
