Liked: Clean, friendly, nice spa area. Got a room upgrade, happy with the room
Disliked: Breakfast mix and quality is okayish. For a 5 star is subpar.

Disliked: - Extremely bad electrical system (to start bathroom light at night was only possible if all lights in room were on)- communication (some one hung up the phone on us)- reservation was lost (needed 1 hr to find it when we arrived)- No feedback and follow-up

Liked: This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment you step into the welcoming reception with its inviting fireplace, you feel instantly at ease. The spacious room had a lovely natural wood scent, adding to the charm. The spa area was peaceful and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.A special shoutout to the restaurant staff—top, top, top! The service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Plus, being so close to the ski lift made everything even better!The only thing missing was an après-ski bar, so if you’re looking for lively post-ski parties, this might not be the place. But if you’re after a relaxing, cozy, and truly enjoyable mountain getaway, this hotel is perfect! ❄️🔥⛷️

A fiver star hotel, exceptional...

Disliked: While the staff were friendly, i believe there wasn't enough staff or attention to the basics. In room phone and tablet didn't work, which meant walking down to reception for every request. After 7 requests to fix, never got done. Restaurant food was appalling for a fiver star. Booked a table, 10% of tables were occupied when we arrived, table for 2 had not been set, so we had to wait. Food arrived over an hour after ordering, food was dry and had clearly been resting for a long time under heat lamp. Ordered room service one evening, club sandwiches were literally filled with only chicken, some lettuce and cocktail sauce, no other classic ingredients for a club sandwich. Delivered on a beautiful silver tray, but no cutlery or napkins, couldn't call room service, because phone and tablet still didn't work. Used my mobile to call reception, no one picked up, so yet again, had to go down to reception to get cutlery and napkins. Went to the spa, but couldn't book massages at the spa, this had to be done at reception, which is where i had just come from where i had already asked if i could book a massage, reception could have told me then and there that massage booking must be done with them. Receptionist at spa spoke no English. Forgot to add, that upon arrival, we left our luggage to be delivered to our room, 45mins later, our luggage was still sitting on a trolley at reception, couldn't call them because again, room phone and tablet didn't work, so went down to get our own luggage (also, no door man to help with luggage upon arrival).Breakfast tables were not cleared and set in a timely manner, had to get my own cutlery at breakfast. Evening drinks in the bar area, had to get my own menu at the bar after waiting more than 20mins. Our rooms were not cleaned twice over 7 night stay. I could go on, but you get the point, one expects the basics to work in a 5 star hotel.
