Liked: The casino, restaurants and amenities were very nice. The variety of restaurants was nice. The lobby bar staff were very personable. The lobby coffee shop was awesome (coffee, snacks, healthy options). The Firekeeper golf course was challenging and fun.
Disliked: Our room was very subpar for the cost. At first glance it looked really nice but then we discovered it was really outdated. Staining on bottom of tub made it appear dirty, our fabric/faux leather headboard was severely damaged and dated. Only 3 standard pillows for a king size bed, no clock/alarm, bottled water for the coffee pot would have been nice - I had to go to front desk. I was disappointed as we spent a good amount on the casino floor, in the restaurants and at the golf course.i

I would stay at Prairie...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice and the staff very helpful and kind.
Disliked: Since I have arthritis, walking from the parking lot to the hotel was a long way for me. I think more handicapped parking, closer to the building would be great!

Liked: Our room was spacious & the furniture was comfortable.
Disliked: It’s time for a spring cleaning on the room we stayed in. There was toothpaste on the bathroom wall, the back of the bathroom door needs a good cleaning as well as baseboards throughout. Also, the price of the room was extremely high.
