Worst Place I ever stayed

Liked: Only that it was a little close to the stations.
Disliked: No security whatsoever. They leave the doors open and no one to attend to people until late in the afternoon.I had luggages waiting in front of the hotel where it clearly states at the entrance that they have 24 hours video security. But as I went into the hotel to ask for help, a thief stole one of my suitcases right at the entrance. And then I discover that the hotel was open with no security and the reception room was locked.Even afterwards, they claimed that the video camera were only inside the building and was no help at all for my stolen suitcase.Also, from the outside image here and how it is presented on Booking.com, it looks like the building is accessible for persons with disabilities but that is deceptive. There are a bunch of stairs right from the entrance up. And the elevator was not working.And as a person with disabilities, you can image how difficult it was for me to navigate the stairs just to even access the reception. And that was why I couldn't carry all my suitcases at once and someone stole one.

Liked: The location is very good and the staff friendly. The room was not too spacious, but as a place to sleep it serves it purpose well.
Disliked: Even though the windows did not face the street, the surroundings can be quite loud, bringing your own earplugs is advised.

A flophouse or a den!

Liked: +The price.Towels were changed daily.–It was a complete nightmare!Upon arrival at the hotel, it seemed like it wasn’t operating at all — the entire building was surrounded by construction scaffolding, and renovations were underway, which we had not been warned about!But the hotel was operating — however, the elevator was not!There was no kettle or anything else in the room…Plastic sheeting covered the windows, one of which was broken and patched up with something. All the windows had locks, and the room was stuffy. Only two windows could be opened slightly, which didn’t help with ventilation. It was suffocating at night!In the morning and during the day — constant construction noise.At night, it was scary to be there — you could hear screaming, shrieking, and banging in the hallways…One evening, we saw a homeless person in the hotel corridors.We never found anyone at the reception desk, either in the morning or in the evening, to ask what was going on in this “hotel.”It felt more like a flophouse or a den than a hotel!
