We would like it if...

Liked: There is always someone available at the front desk. It was fairly quiet and the beds were comfortable. It is close to downtown Potsdam which was important for us.
Disliked: We've stayed at the Potsdam Inn two times. The first time there was no hot water. The owner did remedy this by the second day. The second time we checked in late and found our room had not been cleaned. We had to wait about 20 minutes while the room was cleaned.

It was fine but not...

Liked: Location east to find
Disliked: The tv connection was poor so watching March madness was a bit madness as it kept freezing. Also shower was very difficult to get right temp bc as you turn it on, to get warmer the water shuts off and you have to keep turning to get it back on. Also only 2 flimsy pillows

We would stay here again...

Liked: The price was good for our one night stay. Being on one level was also convenient. We were also close to the event we planned on attending. The room was neat and tidy. The muffins were tasty for our breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was clean and nice except the floors. The floors felt gritty. The dirty floors made our light colored socks and feet black after walking around on the floors in our room. A little extra attention to floor mopping would be nice.

Liked: Staff was amazing, it was in the middle of the blizzard and they helped me shovel out my car help me get to the hotel by shoveling the drive-through. It was amazing.
Disliked: The snow

Superb

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Love the old fashion key. Close to stores and gas station/Dunkin Donuts. Bed was comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Appreciate having a microwave and fridge.
Disliked: This is my third year coming here and they still have terrible TV reception. Trying to watch a good movie and it keeps cutting out. Terrible satellite TV. Need new shower head still.
