Day trip

Liked: Coffee and staff were great.
Disliked: Bed wrong area couldn't watch tv.Loud noises out side window.Sounded like washing trash containers. Loud noises coming from room next door. Dinning room ,tables to far from kitchen. Food was lukewarm at best.Staff running their butts off to make it a good experience. Thank you staff.

I would not recommend the...

Liked: Gathering places, lawn, flower bed. Did not like seeing trash in the beds outside the front lobby.( I can’t believe people would throw trash in the ed but also that staff didn’t pick up the stuff for the whole three days we were there ).
Disliked: The size of the room. Description of the room didn’t say I would go up a step to the bathroom. Not having clean towels available without having to ask. Did not like the shower soap. We didn’t like not being able to have coffee available to purchase. Or to order off the menu. Didn’t like the service in the dinning including the paying of the food bill. One had to wait a long time to get a waitress for something. Not friendly waitresses. The procedure of serving is a bad arrangement.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room included a mini refrigerator & microwave
Disliked: The elevator was broken. The outdoor center garden / sitting area is closed for repairs.

Our stay was brief, cozy,...

Liked: Facilities were clean and we enjoyed the view of the lake from our room. Dining room was quite pleasant; waitstaff was great; food was good. The location worked perfectly for our trip.
Disliked: Room was awfully small. We were able to manage all right and we didn't pay a great deal for the room so I felt it was a "you get what you paid for" situatiion but neither of us are large people and I think we might have been much more uncomfortable if we had been.
