Liked: We love the big tubs
Disliked: Construction started next door at 6 in the morning. The jets on the hot tub were barely working and the room was not very clean there was a wet spot on the rug someone must have spilled something before us on the side table next to the bed and it wasn’t cleaned up all the papers there were wet and the shower had lots of calcium build up or cleaner still all over it.

Liked: There was nothing I liked
Disliked: They stated new owner and rooms had been remodeled. Rooms were generic, not spacious or plush. I was looking for comfort and plush with the suite for 300.00 + dollars. If remodeled, room was weathered, toilet kept running and was stained, walls damaged, door jam of bathroom busted like it was kicked in and chairs were worn and sunk in the center, very uncomfortable.

Disappointing

Disliked: There was a TV mounted on the ceiling in a dangerous location on which I ran into and bruised my head. After that incident I requested and was granted a different room of lesser quality with no other accommodation being made and no apology for the inconvenience. I would have changed hotels had the room not been prepaid.

Disliked: Very loud. When the people in the room above you take a bath it sounds like an earthquake above your head. Would not recommend.

Liked: Good location, hotel was within walking distance or a quick drive to many attractions. Coffee in the lobby was very good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: The shower and large jacuzzi tub had no doors or curtains so no privacy and the 2 other couples i traveled with said their rooms were the same. This was fine for me as I was alone but if you came with a friend or family member, you are in full view of them while they shower or bathe. If someone came to your door, they could fully see anyone showering or bathing. Carpet was very old, worn, and torn. 1 couple I traveled with had to request a room change due to mold and odor in their room and then the 2nd room bed was so uncomfortable that her husband slept on the couch.
