Great hotel. We would stay...

Liked: It is a really lovely hotel. Beautiful building with a great history. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Great staff. It is centrally located, close to the train station, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Very walkable. The hotel has a lovely coffee shop, which also serves breakfast, which we really enjoyed. The quality of the produce was excellent.
Disliked: Being really picky, it would have been nice to have more control over the temperature of one of our two rooms (the control pad was taped up and so couldn't be altered). However, this did not mar our experience. We would stay again.

A calm and comfortable environment

Liked: Very nicely decorated and comfortable hotel in the city centre. The facilities are spacious and the overall environment is very calm. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was fresh and varied. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Hairdryer was very underpowered and pretty much useless. It would be appreciated to have drinking water provided in the bedrooms.
