Would not recommend!!

Liked: The room was very big and the bed was comfortable.There was a sign on the desk saying they are not pet friendly. I've had bad experiences staying places where they are pet friendly, so I liked that.
Disliked: The entrance door near my room had a steep slope and the key pad was way over to the left (there was also a slope to the left), so it was difficult getting in with my walker.There were not any luggage carts.The refrigerator in my room was unplugged and it took quite some time to get it cooled.If I remember correctly, the website says 24 hour desk service, but you can't take that too technical. Actually you have to pick up a phone receiver and wait for someone to answer and then wait for them to come from somewhere (upstairs, i believe).There is a sign on the building stating they are not respinsible for damage to vehicles or their contents. So two things came to mind. 1. They do not have security cameras. 2. They have had problems with that.The breakfast did not amount to much, unless you want waffles or cold cereal.The thing that really upset me was the fact that they were in my room without my knowledge to supposedly switch the chair for a sofa sleeper. When I went to get my clean clothes out that evening for the next day, some of my dirty clothes from the previous day were mixed in!! My clothes were not close to where the furniture was swapped. I have been putting off going through something even more important that I had left in the room, because I know there is no way I could prove they took the items and it would look bad that I left the items in the room while I was gone. I grew up in a much different time where you didn't have to worry about locking doors, etc and people looked out for each other. Needless to say, I felt very violated and did not sleep the second night.When I previewed what I had written, it says I rated them an 8. That is only true for the room. You really need to look at the full picture!!

Disliked: They gave me keys to 3 different rooms that already had people in. Then they finally put me in a room, but didn't have me registered to that room, so someone could have booked after me and would have had keys to my room. Whatever they used to mop the floor made it sticky and smelled strong all night.

Disliked: The Bed Was Leaning & Uneven Toilet Had Shit On It In The Swimming Pool Area & For A $120 Bucks Breakfast Was Horrible Orange Juice Was Discussing & Only Cereal & Belgian Waffles Which The Mix Was Super Thick One Of The Milk Gallons Was Expired Just All Around Horrible

Disliked: Couldn't use shower properly was closed off hard owner needed a wrench to open lines , bath tub and room very unclean and unsanitary, hallway and room smelled like cigarettes smoke . Woke up early to urine and the toilet flooded the room , the property DIDNT HAVE A MOP , owner gave me towles to clean up the over flow , pee water up to my hem of my night pants , wouldn't discount the room . He DIDN'T CARE .
