Underwhelming

Liked: Location was really good. Next to all great streets full of clubs and restaurants.
Disliked: The room didn’t quite match the photographs, and the experience overall felt a bit underwhelming. On arrival, it would have been helpful to have clearer information about things like breakfast. Staff often seemed distracted, so it lacked the warm, hospitable feeling you’d expect. The elevator only went to the fourth floor, while our room was on the fifth – a small detail, but one we would have liked to know in advance.

Ideal stay while in CDMX

Liked: The location is great! Few blocks away from the metro station (Cuauhtémoc) and La Reforma (the Main Street of CDMX).
Disliked: It gets cold so we needed to request an extra blanket on day 1, and the blankets that were given to us were old and torn… and so were the towels.Some people complain about the noise and it’s true, it is noisy from Wednesday to Sundays because there’s an Argentinian restaurant downstairs that offers dancing lessons (Tango) and there’s a bar/pub next door that gets quite busy and people are loud.
