Nice boutique hotel

Liked: Excellent location walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Clean and Comfortable room. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: This hotel is on a pedestrian street so you have to roll your bags on the stone sidewalk to get to a taxi. But it's not very far to walk and there's a taxi line nearby.

Wonderful hotel in a great...

Liked: I stayed in a deluxe room and it was really spacious and comfortable, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. There was a good selection on offer for breakfast, with both hot & cold options. The location is perfect - within walking distance of tourist attractions but also lots of non tourist type restaurants close by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Perfect location, safe, clean, professional...

Liked: The perfect location - in the heart of Lisbon. Professional, well trained staff, medium-size hotel with very spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Many little nice details - excellent experience!
Disliked: There a couple of Reception staff members who I interacted with who came across as a bit condescending. I was annoyed with the check-out when I had to go back and forth with the receptionist on whether we have drunk a beer from the mini-bar which we had not. It made me feel uncomfortable to have to explain that we did not drink the beer in question...
