Liked: Nice location clean room respectful staff we had a very nice stay
Disliked: I think each bed needs at least 4 pillows because just one felt like I sunk in and didn’t have much support

Disappointing

Liked: the location to the port.
Disliked: to turn on the faucet in the bathroom and shower you had to pull the turn on with force, to the point you hurt your hand.

Restaurants and the port are...

Liked: Close proximity to the cruise port. We walked there.
Disliked: It isn’t just old but run down. Our room was the eirdt of the group. Others were on the first floor and their rooms were much nicer.

STAY AWAY!!!

Liked: The only good thing was it was close to the Battleship Iowa.
Disliked: The pictures on Booking.com are not even close to what this hotel looks like. This is the filthiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. The lobby stunk and was filthy. We went to check out a room and the bathroom was filled with mold and the room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We went back and cancelled our stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Never again

Liked: We choose hotel because of proximity to cruise terminal. In future we'll stay elsewhere and take cab or Uber to terminal. Being within walking distance was not worth staying here
Disliked: No stopper in tub for holding bathwater, no facial tissue, tub surface very slick and dangerous, walls dirty, room furnishings appears to have been purchased at garage sales or second hand stores 25 years ago

Liked: Nothing that I can tell I like, totally not up to average standard, very dirty, the room has no blanket, not enough towels for 2 people,
