Great location and facilities, however...

Liked: The pool and sauna were great! Nice and close to the beach
Disliked: Our room didn’t have aircon, and the beds were quite uncomfy

Lovely location - nice staff...

Liked: Location and ease of parking
Disliked: Starting to be a bit old - dishwasher runners need service - bin in kitchen is damaging the cabinets each time it’s opened Mostly the hot water can be scalding. I feel it needs a temperature regulator My daughter found out how v v hot the water was - it could have burnt her had she put her body in directly to the shower

Liked: good walking distance to portsea pub and beach
Disliked: out of your control but the bugs were terrible . especially around the pool
