Disliked: Was run down in our room the chair was threaded bare carpet dirty paint on skirting in bathroom was flaking I told receptionist next morning we were in room 207Breakfast the yogurt was split curdled Next day they served the same curdled yogurt other guests complained this time the toaster wasn’t working it wasn’t safeThe orange juice was poor diluted quality It was my birthday and not even a card from the management no acknowledgment I have stayed so many times

Liked: The location and easy parking and comfortable bed, very clean
Disliked: The room was noisy, my room was above a generator and I was awake from 4.00 in the morning, avoid the rooms 106., 107 looking out on the hotels car park

Liked: Close to shops/restaurants bar transport links Bed comfortable, great view and good desk space, accessible charger on both sides, good size mirror, spacious ish bathroom
Disliked: Bathroom pipes making constant noise throughout the night - strange and unpleasant noise. Small Stains on bedsheets and pillows, Bathroom lights are weird, no single button outside to turn off/on lights simply, key card has to be removed for that to happenRoom freezing on arrival and radiator took some time to warm up.

Liked: The bed was very comfy and breakfast was great
Disliked: The original room we were put it had a dreadful smell. We were moved, but it was clear the smell was disguised by having the window open on arrival room was freezing because if this the minute the window was closed the smell was awful...room 206 I believe.

Brilliant,comfortable,very reasonable prices

Liked: Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff were very polite. Definitely would recommend and the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Not to write in this part.

Liked: staff friendly and helpful. Cleaners cleaned room well
Disliked: carpets are worn and stained and shower tiles broken and need replaced or fixed. . Note that carpet could not be cleaned to improve its apprearance-it is years of use. Should be cheaper room

I was blown away with...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and had many options for guests. The view from our room was amazing, we were so happy and taken away by it. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The drink facilities was fantastic with different flavoured teas and the usual coffee and even hot chocolate and biscuits.
Disliked: The only ring I would suggest is The floor tiles in the bathroom could be do with re-grouting to stop any leaks and water damage.
