Disliked: maintenance work started at 08.00 in the morning just under our room in the garden. After I warn them and they promised not to do. But, unfortunately it keeps going. When it comes to check out they gave us discount by not billing mini bar use and spa. It may seems kind but unprofessional too. Coz when you pay 1,6k euro per night, u look for comfort, professionalism not bargaining and/or money refund.

Liked: The stay was exceptional. I especially appreciated the variety of the breakfast buffet—a great selection of high-quality options that suited every taste. The hotel’s elegant design, attention to detail, and professional service all added to a memorable experience. Its central location made it easy to explore Milan’s top spots.
Disliked: Like many new hotels, the bathroom includes a handheld bidet sprayer, which is more hygienic and convenient in my opinion—but that’s a personal preference others may not mind.

Liked: Location, the design of room , the square ,the space of the hotel
Disliked: Room rates and other charges are not worth the value the hotel provides. There are too many little things to complain about. I dont have time to tell all .I wanted to make my stay shorter, but hotel make me difficult and asked me to contact booking.com and when i check in hotel charged full my stays ..that reason i must stayed for almost 10days there

Disliked: Required A late checkout Since we did a very late check-in But they asked for money 608 euros for 5 hoursWe stayed in one and only Maldives and Seychelles Four Seasons they provided 8 hrs with out any charge This hotel is not customer-friendly one
