Liked: Breakfast is fine but servings are large. Location is ideal for visiting Monterey, many sites are close and walkable. Helpful staff, very prompt service. Hotel renovation is very good.

Liked: The hotel was immaculate and felt very luxury. Lots of great facilities, great shops, cafes and restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Our room was very really comfortable and had everything you needed, very light and spacious.
Disliked: None, all was great!

Liked: Light and airy lobby filled with real trees. Good restaurant with friendly, quick service and realistic prices
Disliked: Sadly the strongest case of good photography disappointing reality for a hotel I’ve stayed in. It’s a very large, soulless hotel. Room had maintenance issues, was essentially on a partially underground level so dark and view less and pool was next to busy main road and huge parking lot (so great if you like fumes).
