Liked: It’s a great location, walking distance to fun places, or just a relaxing walk on the shore. There are very good restaurants nearby. Parking cost very little.
Disliked: Charging for drinking water is not nice.

Liked: Loved the foyer/lounge. With trees and seating areas. Lovely lighting in the evening. Relaxing dining / bar area.
Disliked: Our room had an obscured view which was disappointing and backed on to elevator shaft. Although not noisy, were aware when elevators were being used

Started a little rough, ended...

Liked: Omar was amazing. We had a hiccup with our TV and the location of our room (don’t book near the pool) he did not hesitate to move us to a quieter room with a working TV. We also decided to stay an extra day. The night staff told us it wasn’t possible to stay in our same room. We asked Omar in the morning and he made it happen. Can’t say enough about how he made our vacation!So dog friendly. So clean and so spacious. This was worth it!!
Disliked: I just know to request a room away from the pool.

Great location to explore Monterey,...

Liked: Great location walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and a lovely road of bakeries and restaurants. Can also walk to Cannery Row from here. Hotel felt spacious and modern. Parking was easy next door in a parking lot and you come and go as you please using your room card
Disliked: It seems quite expensive for what you get

Liked: The room was quiet and big. The location exact in the old town.
Disliked: Except the lobby area nothing is updated and modern. We've booked seeing the pictures of the lobby thinking that is a luxury , modern hotel but is just a fair 3 stars hotel with prices for 5 .
