Disliked: Not so clean, remote control for tv is yucky

I enjoy staying there as...

Liked: I like the location and the ability to park very close to my room. The property feels safe. The outside is very clean and kept up.
Disliked: There was a knocking noise in the room, appears to come from upstairs. Not all the time, but most of the time. Also the air/heater was so loud that I did not use it.

Convenient. Great staff

Liked: Clean, modern nicely decorated room. Updated. The guy at the check in was great, helpful, friendly. Conveniently located to Burbank airport.
Disliked: The first room we had the key didn’t work and the clerk couldn’t fix it. We moved everything into the next room. Then we got a call saying the shower handle was broken in that room and did we want to move again. We were tired and in bed. We skipped a shower, soft lumpy bed noisy issue with bathroom fan.
