Disliked: It was dirty, the bed harder then a rock, vending machine were all broken. Someone was stomping in the room above us until 2:00am. The room and hallway smelt like feces.

Liked: I liked how close it was to Disney.
Disliked: Our room smelled like urine. They moved us to a new room. It was loud because it was right next to the elevator. It also had a clogged sink so we couldn’t use the sink for a day. There were not enough towels. It wasn’t very clean.

Liked: Close to Disneyland
Disliked: Entire second floor smelled like a sewer. First room smelled so bad we moved. That room smelled better the first night but had the sewer smell the second night. Poor lighting. Rooms are old and need updating. Second night we came back to another guest saying their room had been burglarized. They took all valuables and car keys and stole their car.

Liked: I enjoyed how easy it was to check in and out, there were no snags or complications.
Disliked: When we checked into our room it smelled like a rotten egg, we ran out of toilet paper when I asked room service in the hall she asked if I need the room cleaned and I said no just toilet paper she laughed and said “okay good for me” snd laughed and didn’t give toilet paper or leave toilet paper I ended up going to the office and getting it myself
