Liked: Lovely location and only a short walk to the underground. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room, which was a superior room, was beautiful.

Liked: The decor was beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. Space in the room was perfect.
Disliked: Bathroom - specifically tub/shower was VERY tight, and difficult to navigate in & out due to the size, and location of the door. The staff were ok,- really not friendly or helpful - with information, moving our bags, and informative/helpful to leave the hotel to the airport when there was a huge road blocks due to a festival. We had to ask for assistance regularly.

Liked: Charming hotel in a great Notting Hill location
Disliked: Bathroom was tiny in one of our rooms was tiny - ok in the other. Would have been nice to be forewarned about filming taking place in and around the hotel - surprised we were given room on ground floor at the front given the filming taking place. Only mildly inconvenient but some acknowledgement in advance would have been good.
