Tired and worn out hotel. In need of an update. People at the front desk were unfriendly and unknowledgeable. Valet guy was great at check in. Not so much at check out. Great location in the heart of the city.

Liked: Location and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Tired and worn out. In need of an update and some towel bars in bathroom area!

Liked: It was clean and there was a bar restaurant on my level.

Loved the location and friendliness...

Liked: The location was perfect. Great restaurants around, close to the church where the wedding occurred that we were attending and the walkability was also supreme. It was the weekend of the Little Italy Art Walk-very fun!
Disliked: After our first nite we did not have cold water(hard to shower with scalding water).Our air conditioner also was not working. However both of these issues were fixed after reporting these issues a few times during the day. There was also toothpaste/water that was spit on the wall (they obviously missed) close to the sink. LWe reported this several times and were finally comped a room clean and gave us a free breakfast. However the cleaners failed to remove this drool on the wall-gross.

Liked: Good location and restaurant staff was great; professional, friendly and attentive and made good drinks.
Disliked: Rooms outdated, strange smell in room, wasn’t clean to our expectations and standards, hair, including pubic hair in tub, body wash in shower was empty, no trash cans in room at all, had to flush toilet multiple times for water to go down, noisy- could hear everything from other rooms all night, elevators weren’t properly working so ended up having to use the stairs to go up and down from the 4th floor and staff/management was unresponsive from moment we checked in which made our stay all the more worse.
