A stylish and comfortable hotel...

Liked: It’s a lovely hotel and the staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I wish I could have stayed for longer as it’s a good base for exploring Porto, as well as comfortable and a lovely environment to return to.

Excellent start for city trip...

Liked: Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is located in the city centre, all is in walking distance. Spacious room and good facilities. Although in the (lively) city centre, the room is quiet!

Superb location

Liked: The hotel is set in an exceptional location, with restaurants, cafes and bars at your doorstep. While there are sounds and music everywhere, the windows in the rooms are double-glazed and block out all the noise of the activity beyond. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: We booked a double room but were allocated a small double room (with only a double bed and tiny bathroom) on our first night – we queried the room and were moved for the second night into the level of room we had booked.
