It was a great stay. The food was so amazing! The staff was very accommodating. We only had 20 minutes before the breakfast was to close and they were still able to seat us. It was was a wonderful get away - thank you very much!

Liked: Wish we could have stayed longer.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was exceptional. It was big and had a big patio. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big and the jets in the shower were amazing. There was an outdoor garden to sit in and enjoy a drink.
Disliked: The drink at the garden patio was not very good.

Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Prime location in Old Port. Very spacious room and courteous staff.
Disliked: When towels are replaced, dirty ones should be taken from the room. Breakfast was lovely but cold. I think they were very busy and understaffed that day.

Very disappointed in the room.

Liked: The location was excellent and the staff was very hospitable.
Disliked: The bathtub was tall, and the shower did not have any hand rails to hold onto. I nearly slipped 2 times trying to get in and out of the shower.The WiFi was poor, and the hooks up’s for electronic devices were limited. I did report this to the checkout representative but have not had any acknowledgment.Although a large room, it didn’t hasn’t been updated.

Pleasant

Liked: convenient
Disliked: The ac made a noise that kept us up all night and I reported it. They attempted to fix it but it didn't work. The supervisor said she would issue a credit for our inconvenience but have yet to see one. She said they would've not been able to move us as the hotel was booked and did not have another room. She said she would have to get with her manager as they would have to go through Booking.com.
