It was a nice place; the website didn't mention that neither parking nor breakfast was included in the room package.

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: My room package didn't come with parking nor breakfast.

Liked: Great room with a view; excellent valet and customer service.
Disliked: No safe or mini fridge in the room; Wi-Fi not included.

The staff was outstanding. They were helpful, and made me feel like I was special. I also noticed they treated everyone else with respect and made them feel exceptional. Thank you for your employees!

Liked: All staff were wonderful, professional, cheerful and it was a pleasure being around each and eveyone of them.
Disliked: They were out of king size beds but it worked out OK.

Almost a nightmare.

Liked: The location was the only thing positive with this property.
Disliked: The bathrooms were horrible. No drainage for both the sink and the shower. I reported this to management. No one was there to fix it until I left.The concierge with put you on hold and never call you back

Excellent location, staff Friendly, clean...

Liked: Quick Check-in. Receptionist friendly, Rooms were clean and ready. Bed was nice n comfy. We were there for an event at the Keller. Walking distance to the event. City views were great as well. Restaurant staff was very accommodating and food was very good. Will stay here again.
