Liked: The location was great. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The poor staff working in valet parking were understaffed On a day it was close to 100 degrees, they had no A/C in their teeny office, with an old barely functioning fan. Many guests standing around in heat with only one young man doing the work for many. The situation with needing to change elevators was frustrating for many. Again, no A/C in very small elevators with too many people.

Nice hotel but expensive given...

Liked: The location was good and the hotel was dog friendly
Disliked: Our room was very small and very dark and I didn't think it was good value given what we paid for it. Plus the $35 daily charge was confusing given when it was charged and we didn't use it up even though we had drinks one night and breakfast the next morning.

Liked: Great amenities, good food recommendations, nice patio for after dinner drinks. Loved it. There is a $35 daily fee that can cover food expenses at the restaurant.
Disliked: The $35 daily fee is not ideal, but worth it if you consume the available amenities like the snacks, fruit, coffee, pastries, etc.

Disliked: They charged an amenity fee which I don't think was disclosed when I booked. This was additional money I was forced to spend at the hotel. Not appreciated.

Disliked: I paid $700 for a tiny room with a queen size bed. That is insane. I assumed for that money I was getting a much bigger room.
