Excellent , quiet and convenient...

Liked: Excellent breakfast though didn't have glutton free bread the first morning. Limited Sunday evening menu due to Chefs day off. Choice limited with a good selection but not keen on pizzas or salads.Staff excellent friendly and helpful.Lovely building and gardens to use if weather had been kinder!
Disliked: There was a distinct musty smell in the whole area where my bedroom was. No signs of dampness but better ventilation would greatly improve the situation.

Not as good as expected

Liked: Location was perfect, view from hotel grounds was beautiful. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Room was at the back of hotel, it smelt damp and musky, bed was really hard, TV did not work, hair dryer was usless. It was a really hot weekend, there was no fan in the room and tiny little windows which hardly opened to let any air in. For the price I expected a little better
