Very good

Liked: Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I left an item of clothing behind and they contacted me without prompting and arranged to have it couriered to my home. First time that has happened in my experience. I usually have to ring the hotel and try and track down an item that I may have left in the room like a tooth brush or phone charger.
