The hotel was great; clean room; comfy beds; nice bathroom; room was a bit tiny.

Liked: Food we had was delicious. The beds were comfy with good pillows.
Disliked: Valet parking was iffy.

Disliked: Gaps under bedroom doors, too many staff sitting around at reception can be a bit intimidating if you want to speak about an issue

Lovely but pricey for what...

Liked: The location was good near the T line, shop and cafe nero which was convenient. Hotel was always clean and tidy. Beautiful area to the rear, would be fabulous if it was enclosed more for guests.
Disliked: Staff checked me out on the last day after I told them I had to go back up less than 5 minutes previously for my suitcase. I didn't like the major gap under the bottom of the room doors or the air heating/cooling system in the room... too extreme.
