Pleasant place to stay.

Liked: The location. It’s a great spot, not in the city yet not too far out. A short tram ride to town. The check in staff was very helpful and friendly. A lovely warm welcome.
Disliked: I don’t think the cleaning is up to the usual standard, especially the bathroom. There’s mould in the shower and shower head. There was no shower gel which was ok I used the soap. I asked the following morning for some shower gel to be put in my bathroom which didn’t happen. I was given another cake of soap. Maybe the cleaning staff need more training on the difference between soap & shower gel.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel

Liked: Only stayed for 2 nights for my daughter's dance competition. Fairly standard apartment hotel. Comfortable and well priced. No issues at all with the accommodation and right on St Kilda Road so easy to out and about.
Disliked: No issues that we were unappy with.

Convenient spot for our overnight...

Liked: Great hotel with lovely view across Albert Park. Our suite was very clean, well equipped and spacious. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Also there is a great little restaurant downstairs. Very highly recommended!
