Liked: Location, bed & pillows are great, staff are always very nice & helpful, rooms are large, for the price on bookings.com it’s worth it even for the small issues.
Disliked: I have stayed in the complex 5 or 6 times now. Overall it’s okay for the price though little things such as the heater wasn’t working in the room one time, shower drains & vanity sink drains blocked & in a few of the rooms & some mold around the showers.
