Great location, price and facilities.

Liked: We are always welcomed by friendly staff which makes difference. They were quick to respond to issues and resolved all a small queries. The location is great as it is by a tram stop so very easy to get to the city or St Kilda. the rooms are well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: nothing we did not like.

Excellent and would stay there...

Liked: Unbelievably quiet in spite of being close to Queens Rd & St Kilda Rd even with peak hour traffic!Superb King Bed and pillows. No breakfast options but full kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, Toaster, DW and real fridge. Good Cafe next door.
Disliked: Poor lighting in room.
