Liked: The location was excellent. Close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. I thought this hotel was great value and the rooms were very large, and a bonus to have a kitchenette as well.
Disliked: The rooms were very dark, and the beds appeared to be sofa-bed like and not the most comfortable. Also we had several bags of rubbish outside the rooms on our floor that stayed there for hours, which wasn't a good look.

Liked: Perfect location on St Kilda Road. Very functional room and well appointed. Great view from room 1605. This is a very impressive, modern hotel which offers all that you would need for a comfortable stay in Melbourne. Alice on check in was very welcoming. All this for a more than competitive tariff. We would highly recommend.

Liked: Quiet, comfortable and staff were very helpful.
Disliked: One of the beds was creaky but we told the front desk staff about it.

Liked: Location is fab for St Kilda RD so good for work and or the F1. Short tram ride or a long walk to CBD. Good size room and a balcony with a view. Had all I needed and more. Very well styled hotel. I will return. Also the restaurant and bar attached did the best pizza!!!!
