Very good

Liked: The room was cozy and comfortable, though a bit small for three people. The staff were very friendly and helpful, promptly assisting us with any issues. Breakfast was pleasant, offering a buffet with pastries, boiled eggs, cheese, coffee, and more. The location was fairly close to the Eiffel Tower, though a bit farther from the Louvre and Paris Est train station. Fortunately, both the bus stop and metro station were within easy walking distance.

Liked: Even though it's on a main street, the room was totally quite.
Disliked: The bathroom is small, but this is how it is in Paris!The lady at the breakfast was kind of pissed that we arrived late to have breakfast and it was showing.
