Great hotel but terrible problem...

Disliked: I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was simply unforgivable.From the moment I checked in, I requested an extension of my stay. I was assured this would be no problem. However, on the very day I was supposed to extend, I was abruptly forced out of my room, told there were “no available rooms”—despite the prior confirmation. This left me completely stranded, disoriented, and scrambling to find alternative accommodation in a foreign city with no support whatsoever from the hotel staff.To make matters worse, I was overbilled by over $200, without any explanation, breakdown, or valid justification. Despite multiple phone calls and repeated emails, I have yet to receive any clarification, apology, or refund. The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is truly appalling.The breakfast? Barely worth mentioning—uninspired, bland, and far from what one would expect from a Parisian hotel. Definitely not worth the rate I paid.This establishment showed no regard for guest care, zero communication, and a complete failure in customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The entire experience was stressful, deeply disappointing, and frankly unacceptable.If you’re looking for a pleasant, professional, and reliable stay in Paris, do yourself a favor—book elsewhere.

Liked: Super good location if you have to be at the Porte die Versailles for a conference. Also close enought to public transport. Friendly staff
Disliked: They don't have an escalator, which usually is fine, but with a broken arm my luggage was heavy to haul up. Luckily I got a room on the first floor.
