Liked: As always the best place to stay while you're in Nanaimo the hosts are so incredibly accommodating and friendly location is Affordable centrally located to everything there is to see in Nanaimo while you're here

This is an ideal motor...

Liked: We had two rooms with a kitchen area between them. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and just a five minute drive from the ferry terminal. Helpful staff phoned us in advance to ease check in.
Disliked: A small area rug might make the rooms feel more cozy.

PORT-O-CALL BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Liked: I loved everything, it's calm, the staff is so full of life and really helpfull. They have a super cute dog at the office and she loves the attention❤️ The garden right in the middle is such a unique touch.
Disliked: Nothing! We had a really hard time that week in my life and everything at the motel helped me calmed down and not think about the negative.

Having places like this listed...

Disliked: I had the reservation and at last minute they didn't honor the reservation because my check-in was after 10pm. Unlike any decent hotel with late self-check in, these people, just don't want to work. They prefer the unprofessional path of not honoring long standing reservations.

Liked: The RCMP we met in the parking lot after checking in , and recommended we didn't stay at this hotel , as the homeless have their way with your vehicle and dont leave anything in your vehicle, and they have up to 150 breaking and thefts per day , hotel would not give us our money back ,,,
Disliked: The complete experience from checking till departure, as well didnt care for the 4 homeless that were in the parking lot and hanging around the hotel entrance,

Liked: Rooms were recently renovated, so looked very nice for a cheap roadside motel.
Disliked: Beds were haaaard. Wish the garden was complete, looks like it will be cute when done. Lamps and TV were not plugged in.
