Liked: The lady on the desk was awesome!
Disliked: Our television didn't work. The lady from the front desk tried to help out and get it working, but the TV box had a problem, and they didn't have a replacement. She said if we had booked the room directly through the motel, she would give us a refund, but since we booked through Booking.com, the refund would have to come from Booking.com. She called Booking.com right away, and a person from Booking.com called us to verify the problem. He said they would issue a refund. That was 6 days ago, and there is no sign of a refund yet 🤔 .

Perfect for Family and value...

Liked: Very Clean and comfort motel. Like the Portable AC in the bedroom and fans for summer heat.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was pleasant and efficient.
Disliked: The mattress on the bed was terrible. It was very old and uncomfortable. We could feel the bed springs digging into us all night.We found the previous guest's leftover food in the mini fridge. Which indicates to me a lack of cleaning of the fridge.Under the bathroom sink there was a large assortment of empty liquor bottles and water bottles. Again, indicates a lack of cleaning and is gross.

Don’t go back looks great...

Liked: This is a super cute property and could be really nice. We chose it because it looked cheap and cheerful. I’m a sucker for a good Ma and Pa Motel Motor Inn.The room was very clean
Disliked: Room was in a walkout basement which isn’t bad but it seems that it gets a different treatment “patio furniture “ was two plastic chairs from a 1960’s church basement that had been used in renovation work.Wiring was external conduit not even painted. Two electrical outlets that we used for fan, lamp and TV / cable box. No where to plug in phone etc except beside the sink. Bed comfortable and clean but two pillows (1 each) No AC and basement level so couldn’t leave windows open at night.This is the first time we have left a hotel without completing our reservation.
