Liked: It was cheap and looked good from the outside
Disliked: The beds were horrible and people came and went all night next to use every 30 to 40 minutes. The traffic was loud all night as we couldn’t lock the windows. Toilet was plugged when we got there and front desk was closed when we actually got settled in the room. All in all if the mattresses weren’t hard as stone it would have been fine but I can barely move today due to it.

Liked: First room we got, when sat on the bed, the frame made a terrible sound that sounded like the bed broke. The tv didn’t work nor the WiFi.Second room we were given the key car didn’t work consistently. But the tv worked so that’s good. Showers were lukewarm to cool.

Disliked: Could not close entry door too stiff too noisy and no microwave and rude lady at check in office

Liked: Location was fine for what we were there for. But given there are many other locations in the area I’d shop elsewhere. When we first checked in, the first staff lady member was lovely waiting for our late ferry arrival.
Disliked: STAINED TOWELS, RIPPED SHEETS, PAPER THIN WALLSWe had a pet room which we paid extra for to cover cleaning costs which I completely understand. But given we paid the same as our friends in another room, the quality wasn’t the same (see above comments). Alongside this, the walls are paper thin and we had a neighbour on the right of us spewing and listening to music LOUD from 8pm - 7am, there isn’t any staff on call during this time so I couldn’t submit a noise complaint during the quiet time (after 10pm). When trying to request new towels to replace our disgusting stained towels, the rude staff member couldn’t help and provide me new towels to shower that night as she didn’t have a key for the laundry room and house keepers had left for the day.

Liked: - Good space for 2 people. - check in lady was lovely, the others were very standoffish
Disliked: - Didn’t look like the pictures - Shower pressure was low- very noisy - free parking
