Liked: There was nothing up to 1 star standard, two bedside lamps one with a flickering bulb, other no bulb! Floor dirty! No breakfast, add says breakfast included,no maid service at all, even when personally asking for help.No toiletries, ad says included! No coffeemaker machines, cups and hairdryer…again ad says included.No condiment machines, ice machine in a filthy dirty mop bucket room, overflow tray had dead flies and god knows what else…no ice buckets…was given a USED plastic Bag to put ice in!?! No bottle water even at front desk, as pop machine broken, it was during an heatwave…water is essential! Absolutely awful, door deadbolt off center, hard to get out of room….thats a BIg SAFETY HAZARD!..Bedspread dirty, crusty stuff in center of bed…grossness! I was down for surgery on my eyes, when I returned from hospital I COULD NOT SEE….if I was able to see would have checked out but had NO CHOICE! Absolutely a disgusting, safety hazard, filthy hotel/ motel!
Disliked: No Coffeemaker, no no hairdryer, only one roll of tp and that was on holder, no cups, no glasses, no pop machine, no chip/ chocolate bar/ nut machine. Room was not made up, asked for clean towels….did not get. My door card would not open door on return from surgery, I had no sight/ eyes covered with bandages….cleaning Lady told me I had to go to front desk….i could NOT SEE! How was I supposed to navigate downtown front desk??You don’t get any stars from me, I feel I should get full refund on 2 nites I stayed there….if I had any choice I would have definitely left! But with no sight I could not.

Liked: The booking said that it would be refundable and it wasn’t. There was no air-conditioning. The unit was broken in the one room and in the other room it didn’t work properly. booking.com offered no exceptions and did not respond appropriately to this serious concern. Terrible terrible experience both with booking.com and with this hotel

Liked: Nothing in this property except for its location.
Disliked: We stayed with friends and booked a Room with a Kitchenette for two nights. The room smelled dusty, had dirty floors, cobwebs, and insect debris. The kitchenette had only a portable stove, no utensils, and mismatched dishes. Shower water was scalding hot, the faucet was broken, and there was no secondary lock on the door.Power also went out for a couple of hours. Staff were dismissive and offered no apology or solution. We left after the first night and booked another hotel. Very disappointing stay.

Disliked: The front desk staff did not seem to know what they were doing.There was no toilet paper or Kleenex when we checked in. We had to call the front desk to get some delivered.The bathroom fan didn’t work and the window didn’t open.The bedside lamp didn’t work.
