Liked: It was a great location and the bed was comfortable

Disliked: I was given a room that smelt foul of cigarettes and alcohol. I was unable to open the window as it overlooked the smokers. When I told staff I was offered a room directly above the musician that would go until 12am. Or I had the option to move into a room that didn’t have bathroom facilities which were on the other down of the hall and were unclean. I specifically booked a room for the purpose of having bathroom facilities and a bed to sleep in.
