Disliked: The hallway stunk, the bed stunk, and the bathroom was crawling with cockroaches. The light sconces were wired together with electrical tape, and there was only one working light in the room. This place was disgusting and I want my money back. I had spent all day traveling from one job in Maryland to this one in New York and I was exhausted when I arrived. It was too late to find another place to go and I couldn't sleep at all. I had to start my job the next morning. I checked out in the morning and couldn't sleep for my night shift because it took so long to find something else. They should be shut down.

Disliked: My friend called because he would ve arriving first around 10 am and the manager said that they would leave a key in the lobby for him. When he arrived around 10:30 am there was no key and no manager to be found. He said the snow was not shoveled in front of the door going into the hotel office. He said there were snow boots just tossed in the middle of the office floor and laundry was thrown all over the office. He said the office was dirty besides the boots and laundry and smelled of cigarettes and stale food. Based on no manager answering his call or rings of the bell at the front desk we decided to not actually stay here. If that was how the office looked and how the owners couldn’t even keep snow free of the door, I can only imagine how unclean the rooms were. I’m just disappointed I still had to pay for both rooms both nights. Did not and will never stay here in the future.
